“We haven’t seen a huge decline yet but I’m expecting one,” he said. “I will argue to (Notley) that the City of Calgary has very efficient procurement processes, more so than the province does, and if she wants us to build it for her, we would be happy to do that.”
Nenshi made those comments Wednesday during the question portion of a speech to the Canadian Club of Calgary.
Much of Nenshi’s speech centred around reducing poverty in Calgary.
